Grant R. Neidenfeuhr, Shareholder

Grant R. Neidenfeuhr, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2010 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He received his B.S. (cum laude) degree in 2005 from Winthrop University and a J.D. (cum laude) in 2010 from Southern Methodist University. While in law school, Mr. Neidenfeuhr clerked for several Dallas area law firms where he assisted with litigation matters, including personal injury, contract disputes, and bankruptcy creditor representation. Since graduation, Mr. Neidenfeuhr has focused on civil litigation handling family law, contract, and probate matters, as well as developed a community association law practice.

At Riddle & Williams, P.C., Mr. Neidenfeuhr represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including assessment collection and foreclosure matters, construction defects, defense of breach of duty claims against directors and managers, breach of contract claims, covenant enforcement, writing and amending governing documents, bankruptcy, eviction, contract review and interpretation, and other general litigation matters. Mr. Neidenfeuhr is a current member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, and Community Associations Institute (CAI). Mr. Neidenfeuhr was the primary contributor to an article published in the Journal of Texas Insurance Law entitled “Medicare’s Lien on Recovery from a Settlement Limited to the Amount Apportioned to Medical Expenses” that was published in Vol. II, No. 2 (2011). Mr. Neidenfeuhr received an athletic scholarship to play baseball at Winthrop University and declined a professional contract with the Colorado Rockies to pursue a legal career.
